Will you translate my website into English? The Grammar Doctors does not provide translation services at this time.
Are you a Web Administrator? Simply put, no. All we do is correct the English grammar of your website and business documents.
What do I do with the changes that you provide me? If we make corrections to your website, you will give them to your website administrator; who will then actually make the changes on your website. All other document corrections will be handled at your discretion.
Why shouldn't I just ask my website administrator to check for grammar errors? The two main reasons not to ask your website administrator are cost and accuracy. It can take condsiderable time to check for grammar errors on a website, and most website administrators charge by the hour. Furthermore, if your website administrator could not ensure the accuracy of their English grammar to begin with, why would you expect them to be able to do it now?
How do we get started? All you need to do to get started is send us an email - along with the corresponding links or document - requesting a Site Review.
How much does this service cost? Please see Our Fees for our pricing schedule. We do require a 50% total-job-deposit before we will begin any corrections.
Do you offer any discounts to your regular fees? We do offer special pricing when all fees are paid in advance. For more information on discounts, please see Our Fees.
How long will it take for you to correct my website or document? We will have the grammar on your website or in your documents corrected within 5-7 business days. Corrections can be finished sooner upon special request.
How do I pay you for your service? The Grammar Doctors only accepts payments made through PayPal.
